One of the things we have been able to achieve in the last couple of years, is the ability to connect our customers remotely in order for them to maintain the pace of their projects. No matter if they are spending vacations, or if they are living here in Costa Rica, more now than ever, we have been receiving emails from expats that have decided to live in our beautiful country and the ones who work in this industry they are always in the search of a professional recording studio in San Jose that can help them to keep up with their projects. Fortunately, here at Green Road Recording Studio, we certified ourselves with the usage of remote recording tools and we keep investing in tools that makes our studio a more reliable place for them to do their projects.

Recently, we had the opportunity to collaborate with Apple News production team by recording an amazing podcast/ interview in our studio with gender expert Kate Mangino about her new book ¨Equal Partners: Improving Gender Equality at Home¨, while being interviewed by Apple News host located in NYC Shumita Basu

Kate told us that originally, the podcast / interview was scheduled to happen while she was attending a business trip in the US, however she suddenly had to come back to Costa Rica and in order to keep up with the schedule she had to look for a professional studio. Luckily, she found us!

While the interview was taking place, we made sure to record everything in our Pro Tools Ultimate system, capturing the signal from our microhpones, afterwards, we clean up the takes by using iZotope RX9 and we wrapped up the session sending the recorded audios to the final customer, in this case, the Apple News production team.
