Federico Hencker
Federico Hencker is a certified audio engineer and entrepreneur with 15 years of professional experience in music production and audio post-production for film, TV, radio, and media.
He currently works as a mastering engineer for Musiversal, handling over 60 mastering projects per month for international clients across a wide range of genres. His consistent output and attention to sonic detail have made him a trusted name for artists and labels worldwide.
Some achievements in music production include his work as an audio engineer with renowned producers such as Arthur MacArthur (Drake, Big Sean, Rick Ross), Lord Quest (Schoolboy Q, Talib Kweli, The Game), Swiff D (Drake, ScHoolboy Q, Childish Gambino), and Luigi Giraldo (Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, AB Quintanilla), contributing to acclaimed international projects.
Based in Costa Rica, Federico has collaborated with agencies specializing in tour direction and management for major artists. In 2024, for example, Eighteentwentysix (US) entrusted him with setting up a temporary recording studio in remote Guanacaste for Dominic Fike and his production team. He provided high-end audio equipment and vintage instruments for the artist’s latest production.
In post-production, Federico has extensive experience as an audio engineer and ADR recordist for organizations including the National Film Board of Canada, Extra Mile Pictures (Australia), Online Voices (Sweden), Filmlance International (Sweden), Giesing-Team Tonproduktionen GmbH (Germany), HEARby (US), 22 Squared (US), Wool & Tusk (US), RainMaker Studios (US), Europa Sound & Vision (Sweden), Akkomplice (Australia), The Producers (Australia), Once Once Films (Costa Rica), Ninjago (Canada), Ubisoft (Canada), Amazon Studios, Sony PlayStation, Honda, Hallmark Channel, Apple, HBO, Wave Studios NY, Shutterstock, NBCUniversal, and HayHouse. Most recently, he contributed ADR engineering for the Discovery Channel UK TV series Marooned with Ed Stafford (Season 4).
Federico is the founder of Green Road Recording, a world-class recording, mixing, and audio post-production facility designed by Malvicino Design Group (US). The project also promotes music tourism, aiming to position Costa Rica as a creative production destination by combining professional facilities with the country’s natural beauty. The studio is located just 5 minutes from the international airport and offers services including recording, editing, mixing, mastering, voice-over, and ADR.
As an active member of LARAS and AES, Federico has participated in numerous industry conventions such as NAMM, NAB, and AES in the U.S., Mexico, and Brazil. His work and studio have been featured in international media, including Pro Sound News, Audio Pro International, GC PRO Magazine, and Mix Magazine.

Charles has an impressive background in the music industry, with extensive experience in producing and arranging music across various genres. His deep understanding of music theory, composition techniques, and sound engineering ensures that every project he works on achieves the highest level of quality and artistic vision.
As a dedicated Music Producer and Arranger, Charles will collaborate with our team and clients to bring their musical ideas to life.
The way we have been working with Charles for the last several months has been remotely since he is based in Argentina, however, due the technology advances that the pandemic brought to our world and the new remote tools we use in Green Road Recording Studio we successfully have been able to implement his workflow with us in an outstanding way, our clients have been already very happy having Charles as part as their projects.
