Federico Hencker
Federico Hencker is a certified audio engineer, mastering engineer, entrepreneur, and Recording Academy Voting Member. He began his professional career in audio in 2009 and has built extensive experience in music production and audio post-production for film, television, radio, and digital media.
He currently works as a mastering engineer for Musiversal, collaborating with artists from around the world across a wide range of musical genres. His commitment to sonic excellence, musicality, and consistency has made him a trusted mastering engineer for independent artists, producers, and record labels worldwide.
Throughout his music production career, Federico has worked alongside renowned producers including Arthur McArthur (Drake, Big Sean, Rick Ross), Lord Quest (ScHoolboy Q, Talib Kweli, The Game), Swiff D (Drake, ScHoolboy Q, Childish Gambino), and Luigi Giraldo (Jennifer Lopez, Marc Anthony, A.B. Quintanilla), contributing his engineering expertise to internationally recognized productions.
In audio post-production, Federico has accumulated extensive experience as an ADR recording engineer and post-production specialist, collaborating with organizations including the National Film Board of Canada, Extra Mile Pictures (Australia), Online Voices (Sweden), Filmlance International (Sweden), Giesing-Team Tonproduktionen GmbH (Germany), HEARby (USA), 22 Squared (USA), Wool & Tusk (USA), RainMaker Studios (USA), Europa Sound & Vision (Sweden), Akkomplice (Australia), The Producers (Australia), Once Once Films (Costa Rica), Ubisoft (Canada), Amazon Studios, Sony PlayStation, Honda, Hallmark Channel, Apple, HBO, Shutterstock, NBCUniversal, Hay House, and Wave Studios New York.
His recent ADR credits include the Discovery Channel UK series Marooned with Ed Stafford (Season 4), the BBC drama Shetland (Series 10), and the Swiss feature film Frank & Louis, starring Kingsley Ben-Adir.
Federico is the founder of Green Road Recording, a world-class recording and post-production facility designed by Malvicino Design Group (USA). Located just five minutes from Juan Santamaría International Airport in Costa Rica, the studio specializes in ADR, voice-over recording, professional mixing, and mastering services for clients worldwide.
An active member of the professional audio community, Federico regularly attends leading industry events including NAMM, NAB, and AES conventions throughout the United States, Mexico, and Brazil. His work and studio have been featured in prominent international publications such as Mix Magazine, Pro Sound News, Audio Pro International, and GC Pro Magazine, reflecting his ongoing commitment to excellence in both music production and audio post-production.

His deep understanding of music theory, composition techniques, and sound engineering ensures that every project he works on achieves the highest level of quality and artistic vision.
As a dedicated Music Producer and Arranger, Charles will collaborate with our team and clients to bring their musical ideas to life.
The way we have been working with Charles for the last several months has been remotely since he is based in Argentina, however, due the technology advances that the pandemic brought to our world and the new remote tools we use in Green Road Recording Studio we successfully have been able to implement his workflow with us in an outstanding way, our clients have been already very happy having Charles as part as their projects.
